lb Hamburger 1
can kidney beans 1/2
can tomato soup 1/2
can water 1/4
cup cheddar cheese chili
powder to taste salt
to taste pepper
to taste granulated
garlic to tastePreparation:
Preparation:
In a skillet
brown hamburger (salt to taste).
In a pot add soup, kidney beans, water,
hamburger and spices to taste.
Simmer for about 30 minutes and top with
cheese.
You can add onions, Fritos or whatever
you like but no frilles is why this is
called Poor Man's Chili.
